Each calendar month includes 40 Writing evaluations (typed or handwritten), 40 Speaking role-plays and 8 full mocks. Writing and Speaking in lessons and mocks count toward these allowances. Your free baseline does not. Your app store may show the price in your local currency.

What’s free and what a plan includes
You can take the baseline, build your study plan and read your saved feedback without paying. New practice, lessons, review activities and mocks need a paid plan or an agency-sponsored place.

Letters are typed, as on the computer and home tests. If you will sit OET on paper, you can upload a photo of a handwritten letter instead. Feedback then adds notes on your handwriting, and words it cannot read are marked as unclear, not as mistakes.
Speaking feedback quotes what you said, gives a correction and suggests what to practise next. You get feedback on your language and the clinical communication criteria, from a transcript; OETify does not assess pronunciation or accent. OETify does not predict numeric Writing or Speaking scores.
Calendar-month allowances
A 3-month plan has a separate allowance for each calendar month. Allowances reset at midnight UTC on the first day of the next month. Renewing does not reset your allowance within the same month. If you reach the monthly limit, the app shows when it resets.
Purchase channels and cancellation
On the web you pay through Stripe. In the Android and iOS apps you pay through Google Play or the App Store.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until your paid period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not request a refund. Your saved feedback and results stay available after paid access ends.

For a web refund, email support@oetify.com within those 7 days. After that, web purchases have no refunds for partial periods. A full refund ends access. For questions about access, contact us.
Access paid for by an agency
A sponsored seat is a preparation place paid for by an agency. It gives you 3 calendar months from acceptance, while the agency’s sponsorship stays active. Sponsored learners get the same monthly allowance as subscribers. An agency owner can request a full refund of unused purchased seats within 14 days of purchase. Accepted seats cannot be refunded or reassigned.
Sponsorship does not give an agency your letters, recordings or detailed feedback. Sharing progress is a separate permission you choose, for the fields you pick and for a set period. Agencies buy seats in the agency dashboard; see agency sponsorship for the full terms.

- Does an OETify plan include the OET exam fee?
- No. OET charges a separate test fee. An OETify subscription pays for preparation. OET test fees.
