Agencies can pay for their Nursing candidates’ OET preparation on OETify and, with each candidate’s permission, follow their progress. Create your agency workspace from the sign-in page: choose the recruitment agency option. Then buy seats in your agency dashboard, or contact us to set up agency access.
How sponsorship works
- You invite a candidate. Invitations expire after 7 days.
- The candidate accepts sponsorship. This uses an unused seat (seats expire 12 months after purchase).
- The candidate decides separately whether to share progress, which fields to share and until when.
Agency sponsorship is for Nursing candidates.
Agencies can pay for preparation, refer candidates or do both.

Each agency has 1 workspace, which can hold up to 10 pending invitations at first. To raise that limit to 500, email support@oetify.com to have your agency verified. Workspace roles are owner, manager and viewer; owners buy seats and manage billing.
Candidate consent
Candidates choose what your agency may see and for how long. Accepting a sponsored place never requires them to share progress or private work. After accepting, a candidate picks the fields to share and an end date up to 365 days ahead. They can pause sharing, resume it or revoke it at any time; while sharing is paused, revoked or expired, those fields are hidden.
Workspace owners, managers and viewers can see only the fields a candidate shares.

The workspace also shows each invitation, sponsorship and sharing status. It never shows letters, answers, recordings, transcripts, detailed feedback, unrelated account details or support conversations. A CSV download includes only the shared fields, and only while the candidate’s permission is active. Questions about learner data are covered in the Privacy policy.
A readiness band is an estimate, not an OET result, and OETify does not predict numeric Writing or Speaking scores. Candidates share official results with you through their own OET account.

Agency owners buy seats in the agency dashboard when signed in. Contact us if you need help setting up agency access.
Only agencies that pay for candidates can buy seats. An agency that only refers candidates needs sponsorship turned on first; email support@oetify.com to turn it on.

You pay once, by card, in your agency dashboard on the web. The price tier for your order applies to every seat, and the currency follows your agency's billing country, which only the owner can set.
Each seat gives a candidate 3 calendar months of access from the day they accept your invitation. Unused seats expire 12 months after purchase. An owner can request a full refund of all remaining unused seats within 14 days of purchase. Accepted seats cannot be reassigned or refunded.

Workspace questions
- Who can see candidates' progress?
- Workspace owners, managers and viewers can see the fields a candidate chooses to share, while that permission is active.
- Can candidates stop sharing with an agency?
- Yes. Candidates can pause, resume or revoke sharing. Paused, revoked or expired permission hides their fields and progress.
- Does sponsoring access let an agency read candidates' letters or recordings?
- No. Sponsorship gives no access to letters, recordings, transcripts or detailed feedback. Accepting a sponsored place and sharing progress are separate decisions.
- Are readiness bands official OET results?
- No. A readiness band is a preparation estimate. Official results are shared through the candidate's own OET account, using OET's separate instructions for paper and computer or home tests. Manage Verifier Access.
