Account help and privacy requests
Describe the problem with your account, leaving out real patient names and confidential details. If you are signed in, you can also open a support ticket in the app. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings in the app. The Privacy policy explains consent and how long deletion takes.
Website corrections
Send the page URL and quote the sentence in question. An official OET or regulator link helps us check it faster. If it is about a fee or a booking rule, tell us your country and the way you will sit OET: on paper, on computer or at home. Our corrections policy explains how reports are checked.
