| Task | What you will do | Open the task |
|---|---|---|
| Reading A | 4 related texts, 20 questions | Find equipment loan details |
| Reading B | 6 workplace extracts, 6 questions | Interpret workplace messages |
| Reading C | 1 article, 8 questions | Patient feedback at a clinic |
| Writing | Nursing referral from case notes | Refer for community wound support |

The tasks follow the question types in the OET Test Handbook. This is not a full mock test: our Part C set has 1 article, and the real test has 2.
Use your attempt to choose the next task
Not sure where to begin? Start with Reading Part A. It takes 15 minutes and shows quickly how well you scan for detail.
- If you lost Part A marks on a detail or a condition, try Reading Part B next. Its short workplace extracts train careful reading.
- If Reading went well, move to the Writing letter task and check your letter against the six Writing criteria.
- If you have a friend or colleague to play the patient, try the Speaking role-play.
The answers and review points open after you enter a response, and need JavaScript. Without it, you can still read every task and practise on paper or aloud.
Want feedback on every answer? The OETify app has full Nursing practice. Start with a free baseline.
